The Lime Extract will be a terrific addition to my favorite non-alcoholic drink – the Virgin Ceaser – Fill the glass half full of ice, then top up with Clamato juice. Add Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Garnish with a lime wedge and stalk of celery
